MTN PHOENIX BRANCH WORST SERVICE EVER

MTN Phoenix branch should be closed down. The service is beyond the word pathetic. I took out a data contract. Every month I am getting the wrong amount of data loaded. When I go to the sales consultant Romaana Latiff for help she says call the call centre for assistance. When ever there is an issue we must call the centre for help because the branch cannot assist. Only the Phoenix branch cannot help yet other branches can. Whenever you go to the Phoenix branch staff is busy sitting and chatting away,the customer must approach the consultant. The client experience is terrible. When Romaana wants a sale she will hound you but when you need servicing she cannot help. I will not recommend anyone to go to the Phoenix branch.
