MTN PHATETIC

On the 9th of November we recieved a call from Mtn to inform us we can go for an upgrade. Took of from work stand in a que for mor than 1 hour only to here the upgrade is only for December. Why in the world would you do so much efford to phone someone with wrong information. I think this is really phatetic!!!!! Upgrade nr ***. Or is this a way to ***** money from your clients????? Because they said if we do want to upgrade we need to pay in something like R1200.00. I
