MTN Phalaborwa Dishonest

MTN store in Phalaborwa staff are rude and dishonest.

We took our contract Apple aI-phone to MTN store Phalaborwa which was still under warranty to fix a faulty phone. The staff unpacked the box and repacked it with the wrong charging cable witch was a Sony, and told us we needed the original charger. They continued to argue that they did not take the cable and started to blame us for saying they were *****ing.. The cable that was in the box was still sealed in a plastic bag never opened, and the one we found was an already opened one for a Sony phone.. Now we cannot proceed with the warranty to fix the phone due to the wrong Charing cable..

This is not acceptable and I will go as far as possible to take this case further.
