MTN Personnel not prepared to send my ITEMISED BILLING STATEMENT DESPITE DAILY REQUESTS BY EMAIL!
I have begged MTN for August 2020 statements by sending emails on 30 August 2020; 1 September 2020, 3 September 2020.
Guess what; they close the case; yet only send the invoices and general account statements.
NO ITEMISED BILLING STATEMENT is attached.
There are so many qualified unemployed people. I just do not understand why MTN is torturing customers by keeping employees who fail to execute duties as simply as mailing statements their customers are billed for on monthly basis.
This is the worst cellphone service I have ever experienced; BEGGING FOR MY STATEMENTS EVERY MONTH!
