MTN **** people with their black friday internet deals

DSV delivered a router Fridays and it never worked. I went to the store to return the router as i was still on their cooling off period, they refused to assist and told me this is an online. I called customer care abd they also refused to assist and keep tranfering me to a cancelations department. I believe that department doesn't exist cz the call looped more that 10x for 2 hours. Now i am stuck with the router that doesn't work.
