MTN Payments missing.
Having a really HUGE problem with MTN payments lately!
I paid R806 on the 19th. It has still not been allocated to my account ( ********** 352) when I ask why my outstanding balance is over R1000 it states that I owe R806. Which I PAID on the 19th!
I keep paying but nothing is being allocated to my account? Where is that money going!?
Maybe I should move to another phone company that wont make paying my account such a headache!
Second month in a row I'm having payment problems! FED UP!
