Mtn Payment refund

Mtn call center gives the worst service ever I called in for my month to month contract which I stayed 3 months not being able to pay however in December I called in for a how much to pay and I was told to pay 181 and activation will be on the 1st of January and the date came however the router was still off .called in numerous times on reference BO*** And I still didn't get assistance however I was told my contract was canceled without any form of communication that contract is cancelled however I keep getting monthly statement....... All I need is a refund as the service was extremely poor not to mention consultants dropping the call on my ear ....... Tshepiso Modikeng ***.
