MTN Payment issues

I have a debit order with MTN but they never debit. I have to call every month for them to debit correctly. I stopped calling them and they did not debit, I used to send the payment but they have now handed me over for refusal to pay. Whenever I call they send me to a branch, the branch tells me to call customer service
