Mtn payback my money

Hello Peter mtn service is bad, like it's really bad. I am an MTN client I have a contract with them of a phone. Last year November 2020 on the 25th they took their money as we agreed on but December 2020 they took double. They said on November my payment it bounced but when I check my bank statement it shows that they took the money. Since from 2020 December I have been querying and wht they do its to log a query that's all. I even sent them my bank statement but still they not helping me and next month it's my last month of the contract. I have been querying since last year December until now.....
