MTN - Pay what they think or loose your calls!!!!!

If I could I would rate it -1. I have tried several times since November to sort my account out. Still, no answer a debit order for R735 instead of R369 was put through and now I got a message this morning to say I cannot make calls until the outstanding balance is paid off which I have no clue what it is for ?????????????
