MTN - Pay for no Service - Its your responsibility !!
For the month of December I have logged NEtwork Coverage Queries on ***, #*** and #***, often using the same reference number to follow up rather than loggin a new query and all I get is automated responses.
Today I called in on *** and spoke to Busisiwe who duly informed me that our home/business (We work from home) is in a poor coverage area and there is nothing that can be done about it. This after having no coverage issues for 24 months, I have 3 cell phones on MTN and LTE on a B315 Router on the premises. I asked if I need to continue paying for a service I do not receive and I was told that I do !! (Note this call is recorded and can be provided)
I then go into MTN at Watercrest Mall and the consultant calls and is now told that there is a problem at the Wyebank Tower but they cannot tell us how long it will take to fix ...
In the interim, I run a business from home and have had to purchase Telkom Data and forward all calls from my Mobile to my Voip line ...
Thank you MTN, only you could acknowledge that my actual building has moved its location into a poor coverage area and that I must just happily pay the R2000 per month on my contracts and still pay for another operators data and my calls to be forwarded ...
PS: I have asked to speak to supervisors on customer service and on the Coverage number and none are available and no managers work at MTN as per the call takers. I will update this complaint with the ICASA Reference number once received.
