MTN: Pathetic, Useless *****sters and *********** Service

Would not reccomend, not even to a enemy *********** staff!! Useless customer service!! Professional time wasters and call droppers

It took 1 day to apply for a contract and receive my laptop. It took 2 months to cancel the said contract.

Insurance attached the laptop same story, contract was finally cancelled in February but was not aware the insurance takes a seperate cancellation. Called in wednesday the 19th and was promised to be called back before 5pm for further assistance. Got a ref number. Until today nothing. I attempted calling them since yesterday. Made over 10 calls but everytime i hear they network issues. Mind you im being billed for insurance on a contract that is cancelled. Next month I can promise my left kidney Im going to receive another bill stating I owe an additional month all because of something MTN can sort out in a day its agents takes months, and you need to foot the bill. I can't wait for the day the customers revolt, stand together and take this to court. Im sure MTN is raking in millions with the dodge cancelation process. (which i think is done purposefully) The amount of time, airtime and petrol I have spent for something that still isnt finalized is mind boggling to say the least.

Until this matter resolved, I will comment and react on every post made my MTN on social media.
