MTN pathetic *******

I had a 2 year contract with MTN that ended November 2021. I gave them the 30 days notice as requested and got confirmation that the contract has been terminated. on the 27 December 2021 MTN deducted R599 from my account, as to why I dont know as my contract was for R299 and the contract has ended. I reversed that debit order and MTN deducted R611.49 on the 26/01/2022. MTN are a bunge of *******, the call centre is just useless and a waste of time as noone can assist me there. I`m tired of their pathetic customer service and want my money returned ASAP
