MTN -Pathetic , Shoddy Customer service

<p>For the past 2 months i have not been credited with my data. I sent an email on the 9th June , . I received a security mail , which i completed and returned . Having not received any feedbach , I then called on the 15th June ( 808) , consultant told me that an MTN rep will get back to me. Still having received no feedback ,I call again on the 22nd June .. was transfeered from dep to dep .. All i now want is to cancel this contract , it is now only 3 montths old . MTN charges , and take cutomers money and cannot and will not hedl liable and accountable for service that they should provide . PATHETIC ,DISHONEST, SHODDY , DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER.</p>
