Mtn pathetic services
I have a mtn contract for the past 5 years worst decision ever. I tried to make an call now as always and i get a insufficient airtime error i check my balances and service is ubavailible i do this for over 30min all while panicking to make a call .Mtn customers be prepared for your phone to be randomly off the network so incase of emergency u can not contact anyone. Be prepared for airtime to disappear then reappear . Be prepared for services to be unavailable up to a hour. If u have a mtn contract make sure u have a spare voda sim incase of emergencys.

Airtime in reserve will be reversed after session has ended.

04 Dec 2017, 16:57There was no data session active i was connected via wifi and my mobile data was switched off. This isnt anything new it constantly happens. I redeemed a 24hr data bundle and miraculously my phone lost the 4G network and was so sluggish i forfieted the bundle . Mtn is a joke
