MTN pathetic service use another Cellphone provider , call centre hell !!

I app**** for an upgrade to my contract in November 2023 , its already 2024 and I still dont have my phone. Continually calling into the call centre to follow up but am getting transferred from pillar to post. None of the call centre agents want to put you through to a manager or escalate the matter for you. They just ask you to call back later to follow up. MTN I have now not had my phone for 2 months how are you going to compensate me for all this time???? Please rather
