MTN Pathetic service unable to procure stock in over a month

MTN is the most pathetic cell provider I am wondering how they can even run a cellular service, I placed an on-line order for the Galaxy note 10 lite with a Galaxy watch 3 45mm lte on the 7th of December this deal was the front page deal on their catalogue, I follow up every week MTN tell me they have no stock of the watches so they cannot fulfill my deal. I phone MTN Direct they say I have to phone retentions then I call retentions they say no its not their problem, call MTN Direct again they say call Mondo(some out sourced team)- probably why MTN is so expensive paying two people because the first cant do their job- call them they say their hands are tied because they only capture the order-so who is not doing their job MTNs procurement manager they obviously don't know how to handle stock. And they are still promoting the watch as a R199 add on. I have been a customer for over 20 years but it is looking like it might be time for a divorce.
