MTN Pathetic Service Provider.

Pathetic service provider. Took forever for me to get a contract simply because advertised item was not listed in system. After an entire week of waiting ,I decided to change service provider to Telkom Mobile who approved contract and issued device instantly. MTN finalized query after a week, I thereafter declined/cancelled contact with MTN as IT department is not efficient in resolving queries urgently. At the end of the month I was billed for a contract and handset which I had not taken. MTN is now billing me for contract which is creating issues from store level to customer care for cancellation.....WILL NEVER EVER TAKE AN MTN CONTRACT AGAIN!!! MORE LIKE A ZERO STAR RATING.
