MTN!! PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDE

Never had such bad service in my life. Been paying my account every month and previous month the money has not been allocated correctly, my phones have been turned off, tried sorting it out, sent them proof of payments and they activated it, now that month’s payment has still not been allocated and phone has been turned off AGAIN! Try getting something sorted with MTN, good luck! I have contracts with CellC and Vodacom and have never had any problems whatsoever and with MTN it is a constant fight and battle! Worst service provider service.
