MTN Pathetic service, ONCE AGAIN!!!

I bought a 5GB day + 5GB Night data bundle for 7 days on 10 January 2022. Upon enquiry regarding my balances it stated that 5GB Day data expires on 23:59 13 January 2022. I have contacted MTN Customer Care via e-mail, with NO positive results. Furthermore, all MTN was without ANY signal for most of 13 January 2022. Vodacom customers have NO signal problems in our area WHATSOEVER!!!
