MTN pathetic service

MTN is really one pathetic company. I made a payment to MTN on the 15th of May. Sent the proof of payment to the email address I was advised to send it to and still I am receiving messages from MTN that my account is in areas. I call their contact centre and they advise me they can see the payment on the system but it's being logged for allocation but this has been taking forever and in the mean time I am getting messages of an account in areas and the amount keeps on increasing as they are trying to debit but it's unsuccessful. After so many emails these guys just don't care about you as a customer. #TimetoleaveMTN
