Mtn pathetic service

No rating would do. I wrote a review 6 days ago. I wanted a letter of confirmation from mtn that I have no existing contracts and if I do to cancel it with immediate effect. After nearly spending 2 hours on their 135 customer don't care number, I was given an email. Address to ask for the letter... I was also checked to see whether I qualify for the letter.. I was told I was and after emailing their legal dept(***)i would get it.. It is 6 days later and still nothing. Pathetic unacceptable service. People should boycott them and any other service provider.
