MTN Pathetic service

It now been more than a month after doing a upgrade and still device not delivered. According to sms and tracking received my new device was supposed to have been delivered 01 Sep 2023 it's now 18 October 2023 and nothing. No matter how many times one send mails try to contact MTN or the delivery company Mondo just nobody responded with a answer. Is the device ****** by there staff and they want to charge me for it or what's happening. How can it take more than a month to deliver a device or even better respond properly with what's happening.
