MTN Pathetic Service

I have upgraded my cell number 2 weeks ago. I phone mtn last week Tuesday asking why I did not receive my new phone yet. They said it is with the courier. I said to her but no one contacted me. She then checked and saw that they have my data number. I explained to them I will never get that call because that sim is in a router. She then said she will give my new number to them. Well I am still waiting. I think the service is pathetic!!! How long am I now going yo wait. It is so hard to get through to them - they just do not answer. When I phoned last week I waited more than an hour listening to messages like this line is very busy but they will get to me. I've had ongoing problems with MTN. Every time I need to go to the store, where I also have to wait in the q!!! I'm fed up. I will not advice anyone to use MTN!!! My contact number is ***! Lets see how long I am going to wait before I hear from them. :-(
