MTN Pathetic Service. Avoid using them!

Poor excuse for a mobile provider.

MTN is one of the poorest companies I have had to deal with in a long time. Relatively simple queries become a big problem due to their incompetence or unwillingness to assist their clients and help them resolve problems. I have been dealing with them for two weeks to try and resolve a minor issue and I have now taken them to the Ombudsman. DO NOT do business with them, rather go to another mobile supplier. MTN is apathetic and plainly do not care about their clients. If I could I would rate them 0/10. MTN you suck!
