MTN Pathetic Service and untrustable People!

It just beyond annoying how much poor service you can imagined. I have 2 contracts with them- one was due for an upgrade and suddenly someone else upgraded my contract and somehow the device was delivered to me and i informed mtn of this and package was returned. However it been 4 weeks now they just cant cancel this from my contract- like i have been waiting and only response i get - waiting for warehouse to confirm - it disgusting now and and this package will be charged to my account (+-R800 that's i will charged) ridiculous!

how it so hard to cancel this when it been 3 weeks since i returned your device??? why is it so hard?

Can someone even if they don't care- can they cancel this upgrade on my contract?

Can someone advised me how an upgrade was performed on my name? who had all my details including my MTN Pin that we use? How did that person even knew i was due for an upgrade? Obviously one of your ****** agents works with ****** and shared my details (and i need to trust you with my details)- can someone explain this how did it happen? but first cancel this on my name- if I'm no longer of value , let me know and cancel all my contracts with you - there are other networks in South Africa!
