MTN - Pathetic Service and Experience!!!

The last time I would’ve used MTN was over 10 years ago however, through a credit application process for the very attractive data deals which they currently have, it has come to my attention that i’ve been blacklisted by this very same service provider. My first suspicion was being a victim of ***** and have been calling the call centre all morning. I have since ran out of airtime as I waited for a very long time and was being transferred from one consultant to another, whom were clueless as to what this blacklisting would have been a result off.

The service experienced on the call centre line is very pathetic. It is further disappointing that MTN would go around black listing people without even following due process, I’ve never even received any statement advising that I owe them.
