Mtn pathetic service

I have had multiple contracts with Mtn and this is the 1st time I have been having such a bad experience. I will never be returning to mtn again. From my 1st contract I was told I have to call 1 month in advance to make sure the contracts get canceled. When I tried doing this in November because it ends in December I was told that this is no longer allowed and I have to do it in December the day it ends. I did do this and asked them to switch the lines to prepaid. This morning I get a sms saying my contract has changed to a month on month which is something I never asked for Now I have to go into the store and wait in a line to make sure this is canceled correctly as the call Centre do not seem to know what they are doing They are unhelpful and always rude
