MTN pathetic service
<p>How can it ever take from the 18/3/2017 - 23/3/2017 for MTN to load R50 on a MTN account. After speaking to several consultant emailing proof of payments to consultants and empty promises from a manager that the account will be credited. Up until today the 23/3/2017 the account is still not credited with the payment that was made. The money was transfered into MTN bank account. Such pathetic service I never saw in my live. To take 6 days to capture a payment and after several empty promises that the payment will be escalated and captured I never experienced </p>

Sorry but the payment was not made on the 23/3/2017 it was made on the 18/03/2017 and it took you guys 5 days to capture a payment with all empty promised from staff members. That is what made me upset and what I called bad customer service.
