MTN Pathetic Service

Mtn have really made me extremely annoyed. I tried to put my phone on International Roaming for SMS only. To no avail. Tried calling from the airport. They do not answer. The call just gets redirected to the beginning. I am now currently overseas with no way of receiving OTP's from my bank, etc. I will be cancelling my contract with MTN when I get back. I bet they don't even care. They don't answer your calls. I have beyond annoyed!!!! Not to mention my great inconvenience and frustration!
