MTN PATHETIC SERVICE

Well it has been 3 months since I have queried my Billing and spoken to 2 customer service consultants and to date my billing has not been fixed. I am being Charged for 500 minutes but have not been receiving this. This is a business contract and guess what I look like an idiot when I am unable to make calls to my clients. I have been on contract with MTN since 2005 and this is the PATHETIC service I am currently receiving. Maybe it is time for a damn change. FRUSTRATED MUCH!!!!!!!
