MTN pathetic service

Have been a loyal customer at MTN for more than 10 years. Did have some issues in the past. But nothing major.

I have been trying to upgrade my contract. But there seems to be a problem. The store (****arney) has also been trying to sort it out with head office. It is more than a week, the matter has been escalated through all the appropriate channels but no success.

Even though I have a major credit on my account.

Still MTN fails to assist.

I am canceling my contract. MTN is quick to act when someone falls behind on payments. But unwilling to assist when accounts are actually in credits.

Pathetic service. Stay away
