MTN...PATHETIC SERVICE

I had an existing contract with autopage and during the takeover by MTN I was charged for the device even though the 24 month contract was complete. I personally went to an MTN store(city view) in May and cancelled the contract due to the fact that I was being billed without reason for a device whilst the contract was over. The MTN employee logged an online complaint and I reverted with an email to MTN that same week. The number in question received various sms's stating that I was in default of payment. I personally went back to the same MTN store, to the same employee who had reassured me that the contract was terminated and I would no longer be billed and would be reimbursed for the money that was debted from my account. It took 3 months for some form of a response from MTN and in August I received an email stating MTN would credit me, however I have recently received a call stating that I was enlisted in default of payment with the credit bureau. I have made countless tel calls to MTN however nothing has been rectified. I am unable to open accounts or move forward due to the blunder caused by MTN. I expect some sort of assistance for my loyal service over the years. Disgusted with MTN. Would appreciate a formal apology.
