MTN pathetic service

MTN does not want to take responsibility for their mistakes.my home router was suspended so I went in store to hand it.But the person assisting me says they cannot accept this in-store as it was taken via online.The problem is while this is happening I am being billed for the months that I was suspended According to how this should work is month to month but MTN does its own way of robbing their clients.
