MTN Pathetic Service

I have tried to cancel my contract and been told that this can only be done via a call center and have called the call center on more than one occasion only to be cut off. I have spent more than an hour on the phone waiting for an agent to take my call and when this finally happens, i get cut off. The call center agent in question (Zinhle) acted as if I was giving her so much work to do and behaved as if she was doing me a huge favour only to cut me off in the end. My contract is still not cancelled and this is unfair to me as a consumer as MTN will continue to bill me for a service that is unaffordable.
