Mtn pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service Did a application for a upgrade over the Internet. More than 2 weeks go past after everything was confirmed by a consultant. We cant get any information when we are getting the phone or where the phone is. Have been calling the customer service for answers everytime they say mtn and mtn Online applications is is 2 different companies i must phone this number. Its been 3 companies 2 courier service and still no awnsers. According to mtn app the account is active and im busy paying for it.

it was "CONDITIONALLY APPROVED WITH A R0 UPFRONT PAYMENT"
12 August
With continuously phoning them to try and find out what is going with the contract as we are not getting any information or delivery of the phone
Sanele and neo is the only names i could make out.
12 July late night we finally get someone willing to help, long story short the person who was busy with the application/file never processed it afterwards. The file is under pending.
17 August
With more phoning trying to get everything sorted out, we nou get told that i dont qualify for phone.
Strangely when i wanted to take out a contract with them in 2017 for a sony xz1 it was the same. i received a message that i qualify and then when i go the next day to get everything sorted i don't qualify anymore.
