Mtn pathetic service

For the last month I have been trying to get mtn to advise why thier upgrade offer for my contact is so pathetic in comparison to other service providers

To date after a month of consistent emails no one has called to address

Clearly mtn is so arrogant they don’t feel the need to keep a hold of thier existing customer base I’m up for renewal yet they don’t care to interact with me to secure my business
