Mtn pathetic service

This is now my third review on hellopeter regarding the same matter which mtn still has not contacted me nor rectified. I will continue to review MTN terribly till the matter is resolved. My numnerous reference numbers ********** 1/ ********** 0/ ********** 2/ ********** 72. My contract application is held up due to ********** acount that was opened in my name in 2012. I was promised it was resolved yet it has not. Alice said the matter is escalated and will be fixed yet its been a week and still nothing on my contract application. The store also says they have escalated it yet i am still waiting. Seems like mtn escalations does nothing because i am waiting for a response for over a week. Mtn customer care is pathetic also coz they never reply. This is ridiculous. Not even a courtesy call.
