MTN pathetic service

MTN have the most pathetic communication system I've been trying since January to speak to someone in the legal department with no success. I then get an email on Monday saying my account has been handed over to vvm attorneys whom i called and they stated they have no such account from mtn (i have an email from them to prove this) Mtn are worse than any government department and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. GIVE ME CELL C ANY DAY. Truly pathetic service. I'm beyond livid and have now given up hope of ever getting my account sorted. I am also logging a complaint with ombudsman.
