MTN, pathetic service
Did an upgrade got a voucher with the upgrade am now waiting for 1 .5 hours to redeem the voucher
Reason being I did the upgrade online
Service at the wonderpark branch is really very very very poor
I waited more than 30 minutes to be assisted and then the fun started.

Please be advised that as per the service lapse from the store at Wonder park branch, this has been sent to the relevant Regional Manager to assist and provide a report and feedback as to what had caused the delay.
