MTN Pathetic Service

Been contacting you since April via email and calling in, I get cut iff everytime after holding on up to min of 20minute to cancell my contracts or change to a pay as you go system. Requested a Team leaders etc to call, no one has. Pathetic service, I regret taking up contracts with you.
