MTN pathetic service
MTN overcharged my account. When I queried it they acknowledged it an refunded my account. Now a receive a sms saying I will be disconnected due to not receiving my payment. I am at a loss of words. How pathetic can it get?

15 Nov 2023, 14:27With reference to my review above my MTN account was suspended today due to so called non payment. This after MTN acknowledged they overcharged me and refunded me. I phone MTN this morning and they confirmed a mistake in their billing system. Really??
