MTN Pathetic Service

I recently signed up for an MTN contract online. The first time, the courier business was unable to deliver because the authenticator was not working and required a manual load. MTN did not help and cancelled my application. Second encounter: when it comes time to deliver, I have been sending emails to them, but they are not responding or offering response. There is no assistance, support, courtesy, or feedback from them. I've been a faithful customer with MTN for over 15 years, and this is how they treat me. I have never in all my years had such horrible customer service to the point where I am even contemplating of moving
