Mtn pathetic service

Absolutely horrible service from the MTN call center. Logged a billing issue at the end of December which still hasn't been resolved. I have 4 reference numbers with no response. The money debited from my account hasn't been allocated to my account. The average waiting times on the call are 30 minutes and after 41 minutes on hold they drop the call. The "supervisor" Oletta Samuels who had taken the complaint after the 3rd consultant still has not responded to emails or and feedback. The inefficiency of the call center is shocking!. I have just ended a call with the call center again after waiting on the line for 30 minutes to the response sorry there's no support available. My query is now 21 days old.
