MTN pathetic service

<p>Taken in cell phone for repairs and was told by consultant manager wiil call me .Manager did not call me.Phoned the WESWOOD MALL MTN and was told by consultant the manager will call me.Stili waiting for call by manager.Is this the service that MTN offfers to it's customers.Really disappointed with this service.Was told a form was going to be e-mailed to me but nothing was done.</p>
