MTN PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

After notifying MTN in January to please cancel my contract that expires in February it still has not been done. I have sended this request in January and 10 times in February again, and every time I just get the email back we are escalating the cancelation to retentions!!!!! Then in March I'm notified my account is in arrears and I must pay the outstanding balance before cancelation can be done (Account was up to date) then I made the payment to MTN and send the proof of payment through. Again just getting the feedback escalating to retentions. Then MTN goes and takes the exact amount by debit order end of april!!!!! Again up and till today no cancelation has taken place!!!!! No respones, no feedback!!! After almost 5 months of struggling, MTN is pathetic and staff is ***********.
