MTN pathetic service!!

Handed in a complaint regarding the upgrade on one of my cellphone contracts with no resolution.

Hallo Peter request that I phone a number to resolve the non delivery. Number belonging to the courier company.

They confirmed that they had the package and last contact from them was on the 18th of October.

The package has been returned to MTN and advised that I should contact them instead.

I keep getting bounced from one person to another with no resolution in sight. Have been asked to send an email, supp**** adress incorrect.

I give up and wont contact them any longer, they as a service provider need to make an attempt and contact me. Keep trying till you’ve reached me, resolved the issue and delivered my package.

I am done playing games and phoning MTN, tired of being cut off because of the weak and absolutely pathethic quality of signal and service in my area as of late.

I’ve been home all week and will still be next week. Phone me and sort this out!
