MTN - Pathetic ***** and cheats! WORST SERVICE EVER!

I will probably be ignored OR I will recieve the PATHETIC standard response.

MTN ARE ***** AND *******!!!

When I called I was told I am data-sharing with someone. Later called stating I am not data-sharing with anyone, YET MY DATA IS DISAPPEARING.

A call is logged to investigate why my data is disappearing. Query is closed without resolve.

I escalate to Twitter and they reply "You have no data-sharing" - Besides NOT answering my queries, WHERE IS MY DATA DISAPPEARING TO!

I have been asking for a copy of my contract since Dec 2019 - We are almost in March and THEY CANNOT GIVE ME A SIMPLE COPY OF MY CONTRACT.

How PATHETIC is that? MTN IS USELESS!!!!!

I know they won't assist or pass the buck, but just be weary!!!!!
