MTN PATHETIC INSURANCE

<p>So about a month and a half ago, I went to MTN in Kenilworth Center to have my Samsung s7 egde fixed and I was told that they would collect my phone , (this been the second time is just stopped working (bear in mind this is a brand new phone ) </p> <p>after no one collected my phone , I went back and they said they needed a copy of the id and i must pay in R 120.00 (really , a week later ) so I did that and I sent them a proof of payment,</p> <p> </p> <p>Still nothing ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned MTN insurance , no answer .</p> <p>emailed them , No answer </p> <p>went to the store , They said i must call the insurance -nothing </p> <p> </p> <p>Wrote on their fb page , no answer 'inboxed them , no answer </p> <p> </p> <p>Im paying a **** lot of money for a contract and insurance for a phone that is waiting to be collected by the courier to be fixed..</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me as I am flippen annoyed .</p>
