MTN - PATHETIC, HIGHLY **********. DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my contact that ended in 2020 for almost a year, I called in a month before contract ended as required by MTN, and I was informed that I am unable to cancel.

I have been billed every month since then, and all attempts to cancel have been null and void because cancellation department does not answer.

When calling in to customer service, I was able to talk to a consultant within 2mins of calling. The consultant transferred me to contract department, where there was also no waiting time, the call was answered immediately.

When transferred to cancellation department, I was on hold for 30minutes or more, and MTN eventually dropped the call, without being able to talk to anyone there.

I am disgusted by this company for **********ly continuing my contact, even though 24 months have surpassed, and I called in to cancel.

MTN, is it your mission to avoid cancellation calls in an attempt to continue billing clients, why is it so easy to get through to every department, except to cancel???
